"Decent stay, but not really worth the price"
The hotel was okay overall, but it definitely needs better upkeep. Our room had peeling paint, the shower handle was loose, and the hallway lights kept flickering, which made the place feel neglected. The staff seemed to be doing their best, but the property itself felt worn out. For what we paid, I expected it to be in better shape.

I booked this place mostly for the beach, and wow, that ended up being the big disappointment. Getting down there was more of a hassle than I expected, and at certain times it felt crowded or weirdly blocked off, which kind of killed the whole relaxing beach vibe. The staff was perfectly fine, so no drama there, but for a trip that was supposed to be all about the beach, it just didn’t feel worth it. I really wish the website had been more upfront about what the beach access and setup are actually like.

"Pretty solid value for the price"
I booked through fiestamericana.com and felt like the price was fair compared to what I was seeing on other sites. The room was comfortable and the service was good enough that I didn’t feel like I’d overpaid. It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but the overall value felt right to me. I’d probably use it again.

"Couldn’t Get Much Sleep"
I had a really hard time sleeping here because the walls were so thin. I could hear music playing late into the night, and it felt like it never really quieted down. If you’re a light sleeper like me, this might be a tough place to stay...

The site is mostly accessible, which is nice, but I wouldn’t exactly call it effortless. It works fine for the basics, but a few of the menus were annoying to get through with a screen reader. I appreciated that it wasn’t completely impossible to use, at least

I booked a stay on fiestamericana.com and it was smooth overall. Checking the dates and room options was easy enough, and the payment went through without any issues or anything. I got the confirmation email almost right away too, which was nice. I also liked that I didn’t have to click around a bunch to get it done. Quick, simple, and I’d probably use it again.

"Booking on mobile was frustrating"
I tried booking on my phone and the pages kept freezing up on me. It did eventually go through, but it took way longer than it should have. It’s not even about the extra few minutes, it’s just annoying when something that should be quick turns into a whole process.

"Beds were way too hard"
I stayed at Fiesta Americana and didn’t sleep well at all. The bed was just way too hard for me, and I kept waking up throughout the night. The room itself was okay, but when you can’t get a decent night’s sleep, it really takes away from the whole stay. I also mentioned it and never really got any follow-up, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected a lot better

"Wifi was solid, but I got a little uneasy after paying"
I stayed for a few nights and the wifi was mostly good. There was one point at night where it slowed down, but it came back fairly quickly. It was fine for getting some work done and watching Netflix. I’ll admit, after I paid I felt a bit unsure for a minute, like hoping everything would actually be as promised, but overall the stay turned out okay.

The payment did go through in the end, so there’s that, but the checkout page was way slower than it should’ve been. I also had to double-check my details twice because I wasn’t fully sure it was saving properly, which got annoying. Not the worst experience, but definitely not smooth either.

check-in just didn’t start off great. The staff at the front desk seemed rushed, and a little annoyed when we asked basic questions, which made things feel kinda uncomfortable right away.
There were a couple of nicer people at breakfast, so it wasn’t all bad, but overall the service felt cold. I expected a warmer vibe from Fiesta Americana. Not a terrible stay, just not a very welcoming one.

I used fiestamericana.com to look at rooms and book a stay, it was painless. The pages loaded quickly, and I could find the dates, prices, and hotel details without clicking around forever. What more do you really need from a booking site? Everything was simple, clear, and I didn’t run into any issues

Check-in was smooth. There was a bit of a line when I got there, which made me think it might take forever, but it moved quicker than I expected. The staff were nice, explained what I needed to know, and somehow my room was ready fast too. So yeah, aside from the short wait, no real complaints

I’ve gotten some points and even a late checkout once, which was nice. I guess I expected the rewards to feel a bit more noticeable or easier to track, though. Sometimes they take a while to show up, and the benefits aren’t always super clear. Overall it’s not bad, just not quite as rewarding as I thought it would be.

"Not really the best pick for kids"
We tried this with the kids over the weekend after running a bunch of errands and grabbing lunch, so maybe we were already a little tired, but the family-friendly stuff just felt kind of lacking. It wasn’t terrible, but there wasn’t enough to really keep the kids interested for long.

"Room service made my stay easier"
I stayed at Fiesta Americana and ended up ordering room service twice because, after being out all day, I just wanted food brought to me without having to think about it. Both times it showed up quickly and was still hot, which was exactly what I needed.

The person on the phone was nice, and the guy who delivered it to my room was friendly too. It wasn’t the cheapest meal ever, but for hotel room service it felt fair to me. I’d definitely order it again if I’m staying there

"Bathroom was just okay"
The bathroom was underwhelming overall. The shower looked old and could definitely use an update. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about whether anything had been recently renovated, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just not great either.

I booked my stay on Fiesta Americana and it all felt normal and safe. The payment went through without any weird stuff, and the confirmation showed up quickly. I didn’t get that feeling like my info was sitting somewhere it shouldn’t be, if that makes sense. The site was easy enough to use, and it didn’t send me off to some random page or anything like that. Overall, it was smooth and I didn’t really worry about it.
